Fees and Commission: Our charges are based on an annual service fee per candidate, payable in advance. A separate commission is applicable upon the successful joining of a candidate sourced through our agency.
Registration Validity and Renewal: Your registration is valid for one year from the date of commencement and is renewable annually. In the event that our services are neither utilized by you nor provided by us for any reason within the one-year registration period, the registration may be carried forward for one subsequent year.
Liability for Loss or Damage: You shall be solely responsible for the safety and well-being of any candidate placed with you. Any loss or damage to the candidate or their property caused by you or any person acting on your behalf within your premises will be subject to appropriate legal action.
Candidate Verification and Due Diligence: We will provide you with the candidate’s details to the best of our ability. You are responsible for independently verifying these details and conducting your own due diligence.
Advance Payments to Candidates: Any advance payment transactions made directly with the candidate are solely at your own risk and responsibility. Our agency will not be liable for any financial disputes arising from such transactions.
Candidate Replacement: In the event of a candidate’s resignation, you must notify us at least 10 days prior to their departure to be eligible for a replacement, subject to the terms of our replacement policy.
Candidate Wages: The candidate’s wages should be calculated and paid based on the actual number of days worked for you.
Non-Transferability of Registration: Our candidate registrations are non-transferable without our explicit written permission.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any disputes or claims arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brihanmumbai.
Client Responsibility for Police Verification And Medical Checkup: Obtaining police verification and medical checkup of the candidate is the sole responsibility of the client.
Verification of Candidate Identification: Clients are strongly advised to request and verify the candidate’s valid identification documents independently.
Payment and Refund Policy: Please note that any payment made for a specific service requirement is non-refundable. In the event of dissatisfaction, service provision will be limited to candidate replacement as per our policy, and no refunds will be issued.
Maid Holidays: Maids are entitled to two holidays per month. If a servant completes a full month without taking any holidays, the client is obligated to pay two days’ extra salary to the maid.
